Many adults who reach out to me for ADHD therapy have spent years feeling overwhelmed, internally chaotic or chronically frustrated with themselves. They may sense that they have depth, creativity or potential, but struggle to translate that into a life that feels stable, sustainable or aligned with who they are.
Many also notice the impact of ADHD in their relationships: reacting more intensely than they intended, struggling to communicate their needs, feeling misunderstood or carrying guilt after conflict, shutdown or emotional overwhelm.
I offer ADHD therapy in Barcelona and online, in English and Portuguese, for adults who want to better understand how their mind works, how their patterns affect their relationships and how to build a more sustainable relationship with themselves and their lives.

My Approach
Practical support for daily life
We can work with the practical effects of burnout: energy, concentration, decision-making, rest, boundaries, work, relationships and the ability to feel present in your own life.
This may include creating limits, making decisions, recovering energy and building routines or expectations that feel more realistic and sustainable.
Understanding what gets in the way
Many people already know, in theory, that they need to rest, slow down, set boundaries or ask for support. The harder part is often implementation.
Guilt, fear of disappointing others, perfectionism, self-criticism, identity tied to achievement or years of being the reliable one can make change difficult to practise consistently.
A more sustainable way of living
My approach is not centred around pushing you to become more productive or simply “manage stress” more efficiently.
Together, we explore the patterns that developed around pressure, responsibility and self-worth, and how they may now be keeping you disconnected from yourself, your needs and the life you want to live.
Therapy is not about never feeling pressure, guilt or uncertainty. It is about building a way of living that feels more sustainable, self-aware and aligned with who you are.
